About

Bonnie Carter

I began my real estate career working as a Real Estate Paralegal in 1986 for attorneys in Central New Jersey .  I negotiated and prepared contracts, worked closely with lenders, title companies, surveyors, home inspectors, etc.  Curing title problems was also part of my work and negotiated home inspections.  In the end I was responsible for working with lenders, preparing the closing package and then performing the closing itself.  Therefore, I am familiar with real estate from contract to closing.

In the year 2000 I moved to South New Jersey and decided to get my real estate license and began working as a Realtor in New Jersey in 2001.  I married my husband Joe in 2001, who was also a Realtor, and we both worked as a team with our clients with great success.

In 2004 we decided to move to Central Florida .  Prior to that, we got our Florida real estate licenses while still in New Jersey .  Once we moved to Florida we both joined Watson Realty Corp. in Kissimmee , Florida .  We stayed with the Kissimmee office for 2 years and then moved on with our careers in 2007.

During the time I was not a Realtor, I joined the National Notary Association and began doing closings for title companies, signing companies, lenders and attorneys.  I usually drive to the Borrower(s) home and close their refinance, reverse mortgage, home equity loans, purchase mortgages, etc. while in the privacy of their own homes.  I continue to do closings as a Notary.

In 2009 I decided to return to real estate and joined Watson Realty Corp. again, this time in Championsgate which is much closer to my home.  I enjoyed my first experience with Watson so much.  I am happy with my decision to join this great company again.

I am still happily married to my husband Joe, who is no longer working in real estate.  I have 2 wonderful step sons who are both married.  The oldest and his wife live an hour away from us with our grandson.  My youngest step son and his wife still live in New Jersey and are expecting their first child in June of 2009.

What can you expect from me……well, first and foremost, you can trust me.  I deal with confidentiality and have for many years.  I can be your greatest negotiator, always keeping your best interest in mind, and am as friendly in person as I am over the phone.    My organization skills are impeccable and I love people.  I will always be honest with you and do what you ask of me.  What suits you, suits me.  After all, I work for you.
